Your Key Responsibilities as a Housekeeping Specialist

In this position, you will uphold our rigorous hygiene, comfort, and presentation standards throughout the hotel.

  • Area Cleaning: Conduct comprehensive cleaning of hotel spaces such as guest rooms, lobbies, corridors, elevators, laundry areas, and stairways in alignment with company standards and timelines.
  • Supply Replenishment: Restock essential items including bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linens, and towels in various locations.
  • Waste Management: Effectively and hygienically transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment, ensuring they are always ready for action.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly to enhance the positive atmosphere throughout the property.

Commitment to Safety and Support

Your role also involves compliance with safety regulations and supporting operational tasks such as laundry.

  • Safety & Security: Strictly adhere to safety policies to ensure your well-being, along with that of guests and their belongings.
  • Chemical Handling: Use all materials, chemicals, and tools responsibly to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • House Laundry: Perform laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
  • Facility Maintenance: Help clean and organize the laundry facilities.
