Location-Type: Hybrid (Racine, WI - Sunday/Monday Remote; Tuesday-Thursday Onsite; Friday Remote)

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Compensation Range: $41.66/hr - $43.66/hr

Job Description:
This role provides retailer-specific category management insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic retail partnerships and merchandising decisions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop retailer-specific solutions based on data analysis and insights
• Mine and analyze syndicated scanner/panel data and retailer POS data
• Conduct category analyses on assortment, pricing, and trade promotions
• Support retailer category reviews using shopper insights and analytic tools
• Provide shelf merchandising and item placement recommendations
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and retail partners

• Must-Haves:
  
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant business experience
  • Prior retailer-facing and category management experience
  • Previous Target retailer experience (direct or Client-supported)
  • Knowledge of VIQ (Target's internal data system)
  • Experience pulling, manipulating, and analyzing syndicated POS and shopper panel data (Nielsen and/or IRI)
  • Experience analyzing retailer-supplied POS and loyalty card data
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Experience leading retailer category reviews
  • Background in Client analytics
  • Experience presenting to retail stakeholders
