Inside Sales Coordinator- Auburn, CA
The Inside Sales Coordinator will perform inside sales and customer service functions for industrial and commercial construction products.
The Position
• Use of principal manufacturer's website software to support sales information
• Giving product, pricing, and delivery support and information to outside sales reps, distributors & end customers
• Creation of sales quotations – standard stock and special/large competitive projects
• Technical aptitude and/or understanding of product offering to provide selection advice and specification information
• Coordinated selling effort with outside sales staff to inform of quotes and assist in closing orders
• Processing sales orders via phone, online systems, and emails
• Providing order confirmations and delivery information to customer
• Use of CRM database to organize, catalog and report important company activities, contacts & information maintenance
• Ordering & shipment for sales samples Requirements
• Experience in sales support function
• Prior work in industrial & commercial products thru electrical wholesale channel highly valued
• Experienced skills with contact management software, Outlook, and Microsoft Excel essential
Ideal candidate will possess high energy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once and maintain a positive attitude. Organization and attention to detail are a must.
