Elwood Staffing - - Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and/or aluminum components, producing high-quality, precision welds to meet detailed prints, tolerances, and quality standards; Set up TIG welding equipment, select proper fillers and settings, and inspect finished welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity; Fabricate, assemble, and repair stainless steel and other metal equipment used in cheese production and packaging; Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication and installation; Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify fabrication needs and provide timely solutions
