The Facility Maintenance Lead will oversee, develop, and execute all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance in support of safe, efficient, and scalable speaker manufacturing operations. This role will build and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, supervise maintenance workflows, and lead facility improvement projects, including production floor layout changes, equipment installations, and infrastructure upgrades. Key Responsibilities 1. Preventive Maintenance Program (New Higher-level Functions)-Level Functions)Develop and implement a preventive maintenance (PM) program for all facility systems, CNC machines, manufacturing equipment, and building infrastructure. Establish PM schedules, documentation standards, checklists, and maintenance intervals compliant with manufacturer specs and operational requirements.
