Job Details

The Barback - Terrace/Fireside will support bartenders and ensure the bar operates efficiently, while providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

• Ensure bars and side work areas are appropriately stocked and cleaned.
• Maintain par levels for all bar stock by withdrawing items from the warehouse, accurately recording stock items taken.
• Completes all shift side work requirements.
• Continuously maintains an organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
• Ensure adherence to health department standards of labeling and rotating stock of fresh ingredients including juice, syrups, fresh fruit and herbs.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alcohol Awareness card required.
• Minimum 1-year previous barback experience is preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods of time.
• Be able to work any day of the week as well as any shift.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Able to speak and understand English.
