Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Direct the work of other store employees to create and maintain a profitable store environment with best-in-class service, hospitality, food and beverage.; Manage costs, initiate local store marketing and recruiting efforts, and ensure policies are followed including employment and incident documentation.; Coach and counsel team members; recruit Twin Peaks Girls and ensure adherence to audition guidelines; ensure Steps of Service and PEAKS service.
