Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Direct the work of other store employees in order to create and maintain a profitable store environment with best-in-class service; Drive sales by executing operations, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts; Coach, counsel, and motivate team members including kitchen staff and Twin Peaks Girls; Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet audition guidelines; Ensure Steps of Service are followed and motivate staff to provide PEAKS service
