Material Handler I (Swing/Grave)

Location: Reno, NV, US, 89521

As a Material Handler at IGT, you'll play a key role in keeping our Reno logistics operations running efficiently. Working under direct supervision, you'll take on hands-on tasks that help maintain the organization and flow of our Raw Materials Warehouse. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys active, detail-focused work and takes pride in keeping materials moving accurately and on time to support our production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Complete cycle count documents using RF equipment.
• Perform plant-to-plant movement of inventory.
• Restock pallets and floor picking locations.
• Consolidate inventory and perform key bin-to-bin movements.
• Reconfigure beams and mesh for inventory slotting needs.
• Utilize computer systems to document and manage logistics tasks.
• Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, turrets, pickers, and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience in logistics or warehousing.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic inventory control math.
• Ability to use a computer for essential tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, turrets, pickers, and pallet jacks.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time 5:00pm to 3:30am shift.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation for this position is $18/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
