Chewy - 8001 North Virginia Street - Responsibilities: Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out maintenance, repair, housekeeping, plumbing, metal fabrication, and carpentry to support the high-speed operations of our fulfillment center; Ensure Equipment Functionality: Monitor and ensure that all fulfillment center equipment is running efficiently and that the work environment remains safe for all Team Members; Implement Maintenance Tasks: Complete scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks throughout the facility efficiently and effectively; Inspect Systems: Conduct daily inspections of conveyor systems, shipping, and packing equipment areas to identify and address potential issues; Handle Equipment Accountability: Coordinate the maintenance and accountability of assigned equipment and gear, seeking for zero loss, damage, and defects
