About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and assist with order processing in a fast-paced business environment. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution while ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers and internal teams
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process customer orders, order modifications, and related requests accurately
  • Assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and services
  • Escalate and help resolve customer concerns when necessary
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and requests are handled efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Support overall customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective service

Experience & Education

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
