Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or public agencies as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards according to site protocols.; Maintain readiness of assigned equipment and complete required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal standards and location requirements.
