- 35%-40% production based compensation in a very busy practice. Negotiated High Daily Minimum $1500-$2000

- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
- Caring and dedicated team member who is able to work independently.
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
- DDS or DMD degree
- Specialized Certification in Pediatric Dentistry
- Previous experience preferred, but more than willing to bring on those Dentists coming from residency programs..
