A position is available for a School Psychologist in Reno, NV, serving educational settings with opportunities for travel. This role focuses on supporting students' mental health, learning, and emotional well-being through assessment, counseling, and collaboration with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling services.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop intervention plans.
• Support students' academic and social-emotional development.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Assist with crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with relevant laws and policies.
• Travel to various school sites as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Experience in psychological assessment and counseling in school settings.
• Knowledge of educational laws, special education, and mental health practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness and ability to travel between sites.
