Visual Inspector

Location: Watertown, CT
Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: First shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail?oriented Visual Inspector to join our team in Watertown. This role is essential in ensuring product quality by performing visual checks on parts, components, and finished goods. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in accuracy, and works well in a fast?paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies
• Identify, document, and report quality issues based on established standards
• Use magnification tools, gauges, or other inspection equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure product integrity

Qualifications:

• Previous visual inspection or quality control experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and follow written instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
