Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing
• Analyze financial documents to determine loan eligibility
• Stay up to date on industry trends, loan products, and compliance regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely loan processing

• Active NMLS license and compliance with federal/state mortgage regulations
• Proven experience in mortgage lending, banking, or sales
• Strong understanding of loan products and guidelines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
