Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction

An established national Engineering & Construction firm with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and technical excellence is looking to hire a Project Manager to lead major construction projects in the Reno area.

With a strong pipeline of data centers, mission critical facilities, and complex industrial builds, this is an opportunity to take ownership of high-value, technically demanding projects with a business known for delivering at a high level.

The Role

• Lead full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Lead client communication and project meetings
• Drive project execution, resolving challenges and mitigating risks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

What They're Looking For

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction
• Background in mission critical, data center, or complex industrial projects is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
