SHIFT: New hire training is mandatory and will take place Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5pm EST. After training, employees will participate in a shift bid to determine their schedule. Shift availability should be flexible within the hours of 8am to 9pm EST, including some Saturday hours.

Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative II, you will manage inbound calls for placing orders or reorders of medical supplies. This role involves problem-solving order issues, researching accounts, and communicating resolutions in a dynamic and high-volume call center setting.
Your responsibilities include processing orders for distribution centers and other internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with scheduling and inventory management. You will clearly communicate any delays or issues and ensure special requirements are met for non-routine orders, such as product samples.

REMOTE WORK DETAILS: This is a full-time, work-from-home position. All onboarding and training will require the camera to be on, and a dedicated, distraction-free environment is essential. High-speed internet connectivity is mandatory, and certain types of connections are not acceptable.
