Pet Supermarket - - Responsibilities: Assist customers and lead the team in driving sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in store to achieve sales, KPIs, and store performance goals; Prioritize, assign, and delegate daily goals, tasks, and assignments to associate team and ensure proper completion when manager on duty; Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in the workplace; Partner with the Store Manager to plan and execute community events and develop mutually beneficial business relationships with various rescue agencies; Protect employees and customers by maintaining a safe and clean store environment
