With flexible billable expectations, a fully distributed workforce, and a modern, tech‑forward infrastructure, associates take control of their careers while engaging in sophisticated transactional work for high‑growth and middle‑market clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on a wide range of debt finance and transactional matters, including:Private debt and private credit transactionsSenior, mezzanine, and unitranche financingsStructured equity investmentsEarly‑ and late‑stage private equity investmentsSecondary transactions and liquidity eventsMergers, acquisitions, and general corporate mattersLead drafting, negotiating, and structuring of financing and related transactional documents.Provide strategic guidance to clients across the capital structure with a strong business‑minded approach.Work directly with partners and clients in a highly collaborative, efficient, and entrepreneurially focused environment.Maintain strong ownership over client relationships and workstreams, exercising meaningful autonomy.QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York Bar (or the ability to waive into NY).Admission to the Delaware Bar is a plus but not required.3+ years of experience in debt finance, private credit, private equity, structured equity, or related corporate transactional work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong business acumen and ability to partner closely with sophisticated clients.Self‑motivated, highly organized, and eager to take greater ownership of deals and client relationships.Location & CompensationLocation: Fully Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)Base Office: New York CityCompensation: $500,000+Bar Admission: NY Bar (or ability to waive in); DE Bar is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
