Safety Manager – Commercial Concrete Construction (Spanish Required)

Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Safety Manager to lead and oversee our field safety
program across multiple commercial concrete job sites. This role is responsible for driving
safety excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture where safety is a
shared responsibility across all levels of the organization.
This is a Safety-Sensitive Position.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily site walks, field audits, and safety inspections across active
projects
• Lead development, implementation, and enforcement of company safety
policies and procedures
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations (including
OSHA)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA standards and industry best practices
• Execute and monitor site-specific safety plans
• Lead accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and risk assessments
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for field teams
• Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to promote a
proactive safety culture
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of safety metrics
Qualifications
• 10+ years of continuous construction safety experience
• Extensive experience in commercial construction (concrete experience strongly
preferred)
• OSHA 500 Certification
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred
• Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) certification preferred
• Strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and industry
standards
• Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and hold teams accountable
• Spanish bilingual is required
