About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Associate to join our Reno team. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation. This position involves working within retail locations to support promotional campaigns and interact directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store marketing campaigns at assigned retail locations
• Engage with customers to provide clear and accurate product information
• Assist with promotional activities and brand awareness initiatives
• Maintain a professional and consistent brand presence
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet campaign goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or marketing is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in a retail setting
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Open to training, feedback, and skill development

Pay range and compensation package

• Hourly Base Pay and Additional performance-based incentives offered (not commission-only)
