We are seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to join our team in our Reno, NV location. The Staff Accountant will support the financial operations of the company by performing a variety of accounting tasks, such as maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, reconciliation of accounts, assisting with audits, and contributing to the overall financial accuracy and efficiency of the organization.

• Experience with General Ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
• Strong skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Familiarity with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in a relevant industry preferred
• CPA certification or progress toward certification is a plus
