Reports To: Recruiting Project Manager/Director

Position Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for identifying and contacting top talent for a variety of roles within the organization. This includes sourcing, scheduling interviews, and building relationships with potential candidates. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and will use various recruiting tools and techniques to find the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen candidate profiles and qualifications to ensure they meet the requirements of open positions
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
• Utilize recruiting tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and identify potential candidates
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to keep them informed and engaged
• Contribute to the overall success of the recruiting team by sharing industry insights and best practices
