Grand Pacific Resorts - - Responsibilities: Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs of the property, common areas, and guest rooms.; Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and mobile apps to create and close work orders with data (labor hours, downtime, problem/cause/remedy, parts used).; Inspect and maintain tools, work areas, carts, equipment, or machines.; Communicate with resort guests to triage facilities issues, set service response expectations, and verify completion to quality control.; Adhere to OSHA and other health and safety regulations and participate in resort safety programs.
