Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, surrounding exterior areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help observe customer and visitor activity, report suspicious behavior, and/or support orderly operations; Assist with access control, de-escalation, and/or loss prevention awareness by following post orders and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel
