Marriott Vacations Worldwide - - Responsibilities: Check Owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities; Actively listen and respond to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues; Identify and explain room features to guests; Follow up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction; Answer telephone calls and route to proper department as applicable
