Manage multiple Tenant Improvement projects across various sectors from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project execution
Lead meetings and maintain communication with clients and design teams
Ensure projects achieve expected financial outcomes
Lead or support bidding and estimating efforts
Review plans and specifications to identify scope gaps
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
Develop budgets and proposals
Negotiate pricing with subcontractors
Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners
Participate in meetings and project walkthroughs
Support efforts to convert opportunities into awarded projects
Minimum 5 years of Tenant Improvement experience
Experience in both estimating and project management for a general contractor
Strong ability to manage projects and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of fast-paced project environments
Proficiency in project management and estimating tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
