A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available Opportunity: Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician Job Details: • Work 4x10 hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating days of the week • 40 guaranteed hours per week • No call requirements • 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience required • Must have Nevada state license in hand before start date • Required licenses: AART or RCIS, NV State License • Required certifications: BLS (AHA) • Provide nuclear medicine services to patients of all age groups from neonatal to geriatric • Work with state-of-the-art scintillation cameras, computers, and support equipment • May be required to float to other departments based on competency level • May be required to work major holidays and pick up additional shifts during schedule period • Schedule varies based on department needs and can include weekends and holidays • Perform minor clerical duties as needed • Communicate with physicians and nursing personnel regarding patient scheduling and preparations Facility: This healthcare facility is the region's only Level II Trauma Center, serving a 500-mile radius with an extremely busy and fast-paced environment.
