SENIOR MARKETING DIRECTOR Confidential Hospitality & Entertainment Organization – Northern Nevada SUMMARY A leading hospitality, gaming, and entertainment organization is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Marketing to oversee strategic marketing initiatives for a large-scale destination property in Northern Nevada. This executive leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, guest engagement, brand positioning, loyalty development, and integrated marketing performance across multiple business segments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing executive with strong experience in casino resort operations, database marketing, player development, special events, and high-volume guest engagement strategies. This individual will lead cross-functional marketing initiatives while partnering closely with executive leadership and operational teams to support overall business objectives. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $135,000 – $155,000+ DOE Performance Bonus Comprehensive Benefits Package 401(k) Program PTO & Employee Perks Relocation Assistance Available RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on revenue growth, guest acquisition, retention, and loyalty engagement. Lead all major marketing functions including advertising, digital marketing, CRM/database marketing, player development, public relations, special events, and promotional programming. Oversee promotional calendars, reinvestment strategies, VIP programs, and targeted guest campaigns aligned with organizational objectives. Manage departmental budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and marketing performance metrics. Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to internal marketing teams and external agency partners. Direct performance marketing initiatives across digital, social, paid media, and CRM platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, food & beverage, nightlife, retail, finance, and technology teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and guest experience objectives. Support ongoing enhancement of customer engagement technologies and database marketing capabilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and strategic partners. Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies. Represent the organization at public-facing events, promotional activations, and industry functions as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience within gaming, hospitality, resort, or entertainment environments. Proven success leading casino marketing operations, player development initiatives, and VIP guest programs. Strong experience with CRM systems, loyalty programs, and database-driven marketing campaigns. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight, and marketing analytics. Deep understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and performance marketing strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and operational excellence. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
