Demonstrate a mastery of KVM and serial console technologies to provide customers with secure, remote access and out-of-band management solutions. Support the deployment and configuration of monitoring software (SNMP, Modbus, BA - Cnet) to provide real-time visibility into facility health. Advocate for and implement predictive maintenance strategies, utilizing data and monitoring tools to anticipate equipment needs before failures occur. Develop and deliver technical presentations that highlight the integration of power, cooling, and management layers within a unified facility ecosystem. Perform site walks and technical audits to identify gaps in a customer's current facilities infrastructure.
