Job Details

Assist in coordinating, supervising and participating in the ground maintenance work of the property. Assist in assigning duties to ground crew, participates in those duties and inspects completion of work. Assist in any emergency as needed. Observes all health hazards and warnings. Operate equipment, such as mowers, edgers, tractors and the like. Comply with directions and instructions from the supervisor and perform other tasks and assume such responsibilities as may be assigned. Maintains positive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and others in the conduct of good business practices and demonstrates teamwork in daily activities. Is prompt, timely, and thorough in completing assignments and attending to details accurately and efficiently. Meets attendance standards and comply with notification procedures for absences.
