This is a full-time, FLSA non-exempt position located in Carson City, Nevada. Under limited supervision, responsible for performing the inspections of residential and non-residential buildings and structures in all stages of construction, alteration, and repair to ensure compliance with applicable State and local regulations/codes; enforces building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and safety codes, laws, regulations and standards and any other codes adopted in Carson City Municipal Code Title 15. SALARY RANGES:Employer-Paid PERS: $26.9797 - $37.7717 hourly / $56,117.88 - $78,5654.24 annually. Employee/ Employer-Paid PERS: $32.5480 - $45.5671 hourly / $67,699.84 - $94,779.62 annually.
