Education High School (required)
Experience UST A/B/C Operator Certification preferred or ability to acquire within 1 year of hire. (preferred)
OSHA 10 Card preferred or ability to obtain one within 30 days. (preferred)
CPO Certification preferred or ability to obtain and maintain one within 1 year of hire. (preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (preferred)

Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completes maintenance and repair as directed for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, kitchen equipment, cosmetic
painting, pool maintenance, and electrical. - Inspects assigned areas, notifying management of weak or defective parts. Makes recommendations for corrections to management. Performs general maintenance as directed by management.
- Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel on shift.
- Performs a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of certification.
- Prepares records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
- Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA and company policies and procedures.
- Provide Thoughtful Service at all times to guests, co-workers, and vendors.
- Regular scheduled attendance required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Target Salary Range:
- $26.00 per hour
