LAKEHOUSE LINE COOK

Regular Year Round

Clear Creek Tahoe is seeking enthusiastic, hospitality-driven candidates to fill open Line Cook positions at our Twin Pines campus situated on the South side of Lake Tahoe. A Line Cook at Clear Creek Tahoe is responsible for providing our membership and their guests with an exceptional dining experience that exceeds their expectations in a professional, welcoming atmosphere.

Summary/Objective

You will help check kitchen stock for fresh ingredients and supplies, prepare components before each meal service, and ensure the work area is clean and ready. During service, you will plate and garnish dishes that are ready to serve to our members. We rotate menu items based on seasonal ingredients, which will allow you to cook a variety of exciting meals throughout the year.

Base hourly wages start at $21.00 per hour, based on experience.

This is a seasonal position with the possibility to transfer into a regular year-round position.

Required Education and Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years cooking in a professional kitchen.
• Excelling in a variety of cooking styles and techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety rules and regulations.
• Flexible schedule.
