Job Details

Work with users, shop personnel and outside vendors/customers to accurately diagnose and effect repair of vehicles/equipment. - Adjust work schedules and assignments on notice to meet changing priorities. - Accept personal responsibility for resolving specific maintenance and repair-related problems and meet maintenance and repair schedules. - Search for ways to improve maintenance and repair operations and reduce in-shop repair times. - Assure fleet vehicles/equipment are in safe condition when returned to service by working closely with users, shop personnel and vendors to affect proper and timely correction of vehicle/equipment discrepancies. Skills & Abilities: - Electrical troubleshooting - Hydraulic troubleshooting - Proficient in welding - Diesel and gas engine diagnostics and repairs - Engine, transmission, differential rebuilding - Foundation Drill Rig and Crane experience - Must read rough drawings and take verbal instructions Qualifications Education and/ or Work Experience:...Mechanic, Automotive, Construction, Repair, Equipment
