PM Hotel Group - 455 North Lake Boulevard - Responsibilities: Follow specifications to properly prepare hot foods, side dishes, and specialty items for employee meals; Assist to prepare food for banquet functions; Ensure proper portions of meat, fish, poultry delivered to hotel are served; Take daily inventory of meat cooler and fish storage reach-in and assist to order stock; Set up hot or cold line stations and maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas
