Grand Pacific Resorts - - Responsibilities: Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs of the property, common areas, and guest rooms, focusing on basic electrical, plumbing, painting, appliance repair, and HVAC with little or no supervision.; Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System and other mobile apps to create and close work orders with appropriate data (labor hours, downtime, problem/cause/remedy, and parts used).; Communicate with resort guests to triage facilities issues, set service response expectations, and validate that work has been completed to quality control and guest expectations.; Adhere to OSHA and safety regulations; participate in safety programs and resort safety committees.; Perform general maintenance tasks and assist with repairs as needed.
