This role involves performing complex neurodiagnostic procedures related to the central and peripheral nervous system for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of neurological diseases. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. Job Details: Location: Reno, NV Schedule: Nights, 4x10 hour shifts, Wednesdays through Saturdays, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM, minimum 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid Electroencephalographic Technologist (R.EEG.T) credential from the American Board of Electroencephalographic & Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET) or a Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R.NCS.T.) credential from the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Technologists (AAET)/Certified Nerve Conduction Technologist (CNCT) from the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Technologists (AAET); American Heart Association CPR certification for health care providers within 60 days of employment; minimum two-year clinical experience in the respective departmental required, with three years of recent hospital/neurology experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Not specified. Additional Information: This position involves assisting in complex neurodiagnostic procedures, maintaining patient safety, and ensuring compliance with industry, federal, state, and accreditation standards. The individual may be required to float and pick up additional shifts during the schedule period, with the organization reserving the right to call off shifts without penalty for low census.
