Description

Porter Team | Casino Fandango

As a member of the Porter Team, you will play akey role in supporting the Facilities department by maintaining cleanliness and order throughout assigned areas. Your efforts ensure a welcoming and safe environment for our guests and team members, contributing to the overall guest experience at Casino Fandango.

What You'll Do:

• Independently manage and maintain cleanliness in assigned sections, including restrooms and common areas.
• Empty garbage and ensure all areas are free of debris.
• Use various cleaning products and equipment such as vacuums and dusters.
• Clean bar mats during designated shifts.
• Follow directions carefully and maintain open communication with management.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, team members, and vendors.
• Accept and apply performance feedback professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Facilities team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18+ years of age.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of team members and management.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts.
• Ability to tolerate environments with secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
• Ability to maintain composure in potentially stressful situations.
