About the roleYou will be working in our Carson City, NV location processing orders related to corporate public record filing and retrieval. This role involves working full-time, Monday through Friday.What you will doCommunicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional mannerUtilize systems to “build” transactions and release various portions of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processingAccess public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documentsReview, prepare, and submit filings, paying close attention to rules and regulationsMaintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicingWho you areStrong organizational and time management skills: You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects / assignments.
