Additional benefits available.ResponsibilitiesPerform general building maintenance, change light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, repair drywall, paint, sheetrock, adjust locks and hardware, minor plumbing repairs, unplug drains, re‑lighting, maintain smoke detectors and emergency lights, and grounds maintenance.Maintain the vehicle fleet.Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner.QualificationsHigh school diploma.Prior building maintenance experience preferred.Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test, and a search of the child abuse central registry.ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.#J-18808-Ljbffr
