Shipping & Assembly TechnicianLocation: Minden, NevadaPay: $20.00 - $24.33 per hour DOESchedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Minden, Nevada. This is a hands‑on position that combines shipping, final assembly, quality inspection, inventory support, and production responsibilities.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform final assembly of industrial valve products prior to shipmentConduct final quality inspections to ensure products meet specificationsPackage products and components to prevent shipping damageProcess shipments and enter shipping information accurately into company systemsCoordinate shipments and pickups with freight carriersOperate hand tools and department equipment safely and effectivelyMonitor and maintain inventory of assigned components and materialsAssist with weekly inventory counts and shortage reportingSupport receiving operations during department absencesWork closely with production and shipping teams to ensure on‑time delivery of customer ordersFollow all company safety policies and PPE requirementsQualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, shipping, warehouse, or other hands‑on industrial environments preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityComfortable using computers for data entry and shipping systemsMechanically inclined with the ability to learn product assembly processesStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to follow written instructions and procedures accuratelyReliable, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 poundsAbility to push carts weighing up to 1,500 poundsAbility to stand and remain active throughout the workdayAbility to safely operate hand tools and equipmentWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceStable Monday through Friday scheduleFull‑time opportunity with long‑term career potentialTeam‑oriented work environmentOpportunity to develop specialized manufacturing and assembly skillsCandidates residing in Minden, Gardnerville, Carson City, Dayton, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
