As a Health Workforce & Care Operations Specialist, you'll provide critical workforce and operational support across Best Buy Health Care lines of business by optimizing workforce performance, ensuring operational continuity, and delivering real-time support to frontline teams. You'll leverage workforce management tools, reporting, and analytics to drive efficiency, support service-level goals, and provide leaders with actionable insights. In partnership with Care Operations, Workforce Management, and Engineering teams, you'll help ensure seamless customer and employee experiences through effective queue management, outage response, and system change coordination.
