The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting daily operations by managing customer communications, generating freight quotes, processing invoices, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customers receive timely updates regarding their shipments. This role is heavily focused on customer communication, problem-solving, and maintaining positive client relationships through email and phone interactions.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to confidently manage a high volume of communication while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

This position is fully onsite in a professional office setting. You'll be part of a close-knit customer service team of approximately 14 professionals working collaboratively to support customers and operations. Shifts fall between operating hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with schedules discussed during the interview process.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, NV.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
