Perform visual and mechanical inspections on incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products.
Inspect electronic components, server systems, and PCBA assemblies to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.
Identify defective, damaged, or non-conforming products and document quality issues accurately.
Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and multimeters to verify measurements and specifications.
Complete quality reports, inspection logs, and production documentation with accuracy.
Follow SOPs, IPC standards, work instructions, and ESD safety procedures during inspections.
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for production defects and quality failures.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, SMT, and Warehouse teams to resolve quality discrepancies.
Support audits, ISO compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor production processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and manufacturing standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company safety procedures.
Escalate recurring quality concerns to supervisors or quality engineers for further investigation.
Perform rework verification and final quality checks before shipment.
Enter inspection results and production data into computer systems and spreadsheets.
Assist with containment of non-conforming materials and ensure defective products are properly segregated.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong attention to detail.
Computer and data entry skills.
Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
Knowledge of manufacturing and quality control processes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
