Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Receiving Specialist Pay Rate: $19.00/hour (increase to $20.00 upon hire on) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Forklift Receiving Specialist to join a South Reno warehouse team. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, receiving operations, and forklift operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, has strong attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training is required.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between system records and physical counts
• Prepare inventory reports for management review
• Receive and process incoming materials and products
• Operate reach and sit-down forklifts to move and stage inventory
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve inventory processes and efficiency
• Assist with inventory control procedures and general warehouse duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Resume required
• Prior experience with inventory control or inventory management systems
• Reach and sit-down forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and work on feet for the majority of the shift
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
