About the Role
As a CBRE Program Manager, you will lead strategic facilities management programs supporting a large, complex national client portfolio consisting of approximately 70,000 locations and over $200 million in annual facilities spend. This role is highly visible and requires a self-directed professional who can quickly assume ownership, build credibility with stakeholders, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
This job is part of the Program Management function. The Program Management team is responsible for the creation, execution, and delivery of strategic programs that support operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction across CBRE's portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management , Corporate Real Estate, or related operational environments. This is not a project-focused construction role. Instead, this position supports ongoing facilities services programs, including areas such as janitorial, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and other integrated facility management services. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, manage demanding client expectations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and independently drive program performance.
What You'll Do

Take ownership of large-scale client initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, dashboards, program metrics, and business performance scorecards.
Create and distribute program documentation including status reports, financial analyses, risk assessments, action plans, and executive presentations.
Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Client Leadership teams to support strategic business objectives.
Lead discussions with stakeholders regarding program performance, service delivery, operational improvements, and financial results.
Track program budgets, spending, savings initiatives, and financial performance to ensure contractual and organizational goals are achieved.
Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement strategies that enhance service delivery and reduce costs.
Ensure program milestones, deliverables, and performance objectives remain on schedule.
Manage internal and external relationships in support of strategic initiatives.
Coach, mentor, and influence project teams and stakeholders without direct authority when necessary.
Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values.

PgMP, PMP, or similar project/program management certification preferred.
Strong Facilities Management experience is highly preferred and will be a significant factor in candidate selection.
Experience supporting large, complex corporate real estate or facilities services programs.
Demonstrated success managing multiple programs simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Strong client management and stakeholder relationship skills.
Experience conducting financial analysis, budget management, cost tracking, and savings identification initiatives.
