Field Dispatcher Bejac Corporation, one of the largest specialty equipment dealers in the Western United States, is hiring.Our Reno, NV location is currently seeking a Field Dispatcher who will dispatch the appropriate technicians for the job.This is a full-time position; Monday -- Friday, 8 AM -- 5 PM. Bejac offers an excellent benefits package! Must be located in or around Reno.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Handle customer calls related to service billing questions, disputes and/or explanationsFollow-up on quotes and pending repairsMonitor mechanic time on work ordersControl labor hoursPrepare technician evaluationsDiscuss technician deficienciesAnswer calls for service, recording the necessary information to either work through the situation or to dispatch the appropriate technicianWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.Qualifications:Previous supervisor experience is a plusExcellent customer service and communication skills - Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physicalExperience with Microsoft Word and Excel
