The Nevada Department of Transportation Right-Of-Way Division is recruiting for a Right-Of-Way Agent 2 in Carson City, NV. The position acquires and manages property rights for highway purposes in compliance with State and Federal regulations and the Uniform Act. Coordinates with utility and railroad operators, negotiates with property owners, and prepare acquisition and property management agreements.
